&lt;p&gt;Maybe Sun will finally get a working JDBC driver for it too ;)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Seriously, though, it did have some fairly unique and impressive features and there&#039;s certainly a market for a database that scales horizontally.&lt;/p&gt;
