		<description>&lt;p&gt;Good on yer Richard and today I promised my consultant that from the 1st November I will go swimming twice a week to exercise the foot.  So if you keep up your running and I keep up my swimming we both should feel proud of ourselves.    I could do with some stickability so will keep an eye on your progress.&lt;/p&gt;
