I have a different problem.... my workout was lost, and it wasn't synced nor does it show on my ipod itself. it was a personal best; i heard tiger woods congratulate me right after the workout ended for my fastest 10k. i was so happy, and i immediately plugged the ipod on to my pc and synced.

i was incensed when at the nike site, i couldn't see my latest pr-breaking workout. i unplugged the thing and also saw on my ipod that on my workout history, that particular workout isn't there either.

it is so annoying! i'm almost ready to smash the ipod into smithereens :-(

I too am missing a workout from nikeplus which shoes up on the ipod. Its just one and I don't know how long it's been missing for, but it's probably at least a month or two that it's been off by one run.

I also cannot sync my ipod with nikeplus 90% of the time. I get an error message - something about not being able to connect because it's not recognized by the server. Does anyone know what I can do about this? I've read a few posts and haven't found anything helpful.

I usually have to reset the ipod daily, but this is time consuming, irritating and doesn't even work all the time.

Hi everyone!

For PC:
1.) Make sure that 'Enable Disk Use' is checked in iTunes device summary and your PC recognises yor nano as an external drive.
2.) Go to:
My Computer/youriPod/iPod_ControlDeviceTrainerWorkoutsEmpeds4H82JBIBINKN or something like this; there's only this folder.
3.) In this folder you'll find two oder:
  'Latest' and 'Synched'
Move the lost workouts from 'Synched' to 'Latest'. There are .xml files entitled e.g. '2009-04-17 12;51;00.xml'
