That or advise where they can place the contract for optimal customer feedback. I like the 2-for-1 ticket offers at the Cinema, but the rest of the experience has been atrocious of late. Much like much of the rest of my ‘customer’ experience of late with wood fitters (we’re still waiting for them to switch their bloody fax machine off and answer the phone), kitchen installations, and dealing with a bank I’d previously had a lot of time for managing to fsck my business account application up in ways that defy belief. You know what that means don't you? It means we have known each other for over 15 years now!! As for the running, shin splints are very common. There is info on Runners World about what to do/resting up etc., take it easy. It’s one of those injuries that can lead to more long-term problems if not addressed at the time.
