		<description>&lt;p&gt;Somehow absence of IDENTITY column attribute and KEEPIDENTITY option didn&#039;t cure this issue which I had on one of SQL boxes (SQL Server 2000 Ent Ed SP4 build 2273). I still had to grant DDL admin role for this to work....&lt;/p&gt;
