A fun bunch of people with widely varied running abilities, and integrating their Monday runs into a training schedule works quite well. I have tried to persuade them to give the Parkrun a try (especially after a trail one evening in Pollock Park) but I'm not sure if anyone has made it on a Saturday yet. I'm now working in Inverness but look forward to being back in Glasgow for both Parkrun and the hash on the weekend of July 4th.</p> Yes you do need to get out with the Glasgow Hash!
