		<description>&lt;p&gt;It&#039;d be nice to think it was him, but I fear chances are Raymond Postgate was &#039;just&#039; the editor of the review. That said, given there was a fair bit of media interest in The Miners&#039; Arms around that time (helped by these reviews), it&#039;s nice to think there was a good chance he did visit, so could perhaps add him to the list of well-known visitors :-)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Not sure what The Clangers&#039; would have thought of clear snail soup, mind...&lt;/p&gt;
