Ok, so I’ve rejigged /dev/rant and split it into two. One for personal stuff, the other (here) for techy stuff.
The tricky part was which way to split it. Did I keep this URL as the techy site, or setup a new one? I figured that I’d keep the old /dev/rant as the techy side of things, and make the landing page of leyton.org the personal blog.
So, here onwards will be technical items of interest. If you’re keen to read my recipe for troat, hear about my latest walking exploit, or anything similair, then my personal blog is where you want to go. I’ll take a leaf out of Stefan and cross-post occasional summaries of things. But from now on, this part is techy.
One other thing is what to do with the archives. I’ve taken the approach of loading everything into both sites, and I’ll phase out the historical personal content here after things have settled down (and I have the time). That way links will stay valid for a good while yet.
