		<description>&lt;p&gt;Double speak from the SNP.   Why wait till 2010 for a referendum.  When the SNP first started, they were up front about coming out of the Union.  Now they are like all other parties, want to be in power, so trim their sails. I do not mind if the Scots come away from the Union.  I just wish they would make their minds up  about it and preferably sooner than later.&lt;/p&gt;
