See the sidebar for a widget.</p> <p>More on how this all will work, and what my plans are, in due course.</p> <p>I'm currently minded to try and push things a bit harder, and perhaps aim for 44 minutes, but will see how things go in the next month or so - I've a 10k down in Troon in early May, which should give me a better idea about my form and possible time expectations :-)</p> Well, it seems my challenge is now live on the Salomon website. I’m currently minded to try and push things a bit harder, and perhaps aim for 44 minutes, but will see how things go in the next month or so - I’ve a 10k down in Troon in early May, which should give me a better idea about my form and possible time expectations :-)
