There is another company like this one

Brother

They are absolutely committed to the customer. I nearly had a heart attack. My printer was replaced within four working days of contacting them. With return postage paid for, and the guarantee re-started. Unbelievable.

Further goodness from Wiggle. Because they refunded me for my old Garmin, and charged me for a new one, as part of the refund process, my new Garmin is guaranteed for a further year.

I'd been worried that I may only be covered for a month, and was worried if something else happened after May (ie. a year after my original purchase), I'd be screwed. But the refund/re-charge process means it's a new transaction :-)

Yay wiggle!

Well the delivery guy's just turned up, and I've a brand new Garmin 305 on my desk, making very reassuring beeping noises, and hunting out satellites. All less than 48 hours from posting it off. I'm kinda wishing I'd got on and done it sooner.

Excellent stuff by Wiggle, and one very happy customer.

I've bought a few things from Wiggle over recent months - and I've got an order with them now that should be delivered in the next day or two. I've always been impressed with their site and the whole ordering experience and certainly recommend them. Good to hear that you've had just as good an experience .
